  Forasmuch as [or Whereas] Their Majesties consider it fitting to celebrate this the twenty-fifth year since the founding of the Kingdom of Ansteorra with a competition to choose the best Equestrian of the day, Their Majesties proclaim that [name] was this day the victor in said contest.
  Given at our Twenty-Fifth Year Celebration, the [date] day of July, the xxxix year of the Society, known otherwise as the year 2004.
