The Judges Guide was originally written by Duchess Tawnee Darkfalcon, the organizer of Amtgard. I revised and added to it. It is a quick look at how to judge a major A&S and can be used for any type of judging or even a guide on how to prepare for entering your items in an Amtgard A&S.

- Guild Art (yahoo group for Amtgard Heraldry)
The Guild Art is a compilation of the art for the different classes and offices that are help in Amtgard. They are protected heraldry for the game of amtgard. Heraldry in general is free of restriction except that they must not look like anyone else's heraldic art or any of these. You are also asked to not use a crown, coronet, or any other symbol of royalty in your heraldry. More rules will be created as time and population expand. Some Kingdoms do have rules-clarifications that you must adhere to and please do not take offense when you run into it.
- How to ...
The official How to get your group going. Very good stuff on how to recruit membership.
- A quest I wrote in honor of a great S.C.A. man.
- Tips and Links
Tips and links are just a listing of helpful web links that will cover everything from weapon making to costuming, some of them written by me. There are a multitude of links in the virtual world and I suggest you look at them all. Most of the publications from some groups represented are for sale if you do not have the time or computer space to save them offline.
Well that is all for now. I hope you have a successful turnout and have a good time with the game!!
